Practice Closure

I have made the decision to close my private practice

effective December 31, 2025.

Although I initially hoped to continue operating,

the administrative demands of outpatient psychiatric care

have increased significantly and

are no longer sustainable for me as a solo provider.

• If you were previously seen at Silver State Counseling/Life Quest, after July 1, 2025, please contact them directly to coordinate continuation of care.

I strongly encourage all patients to contact your

insurance plan’s member services

for assistance in identifying

in-network psychiatric providers.
